Wanted to blog this in case i forgot anything; I caught an amazing 3 episodes of a HK tv programme called chef‘s corner. it features a bunch of chefs who apparently set up a small space to experiment and of course serve food by invitation only. Just realised I haven't really talked about my nursing course. This differs a little from the normal 3yr diploma that yr average 17yr old goes into. We now have a new nursing degree available, btw in an attempt to raise standards some.
